Cavell met Sunnee at an agility trial and said "one of these days I'm going to get one!" When she lost her soulmate poodle she decided now was the time.

She arrived at my house early on a Saturday morning and played with the puppies ALL day. She knew she wanted a boy so we isolated the 3 available boys and she played with them ALL night. At 11:55pm I asked her if this was an endurance contest (last pup standing got to go to Florida). She laughed and said, that's a good possibility.

The 3 puppies looked at each other and 2 crashed to sleep and the 3rd lept down the stairs to fling himself into Cavell's lap.

Turns out that hole in her heart was the perfect size for a water rat.

Unfortunatly, he left a hole in return when it was his time to head to the rainbow bridge.
