Considering breeding? Have you taken everything into "consideration"?

Have you asked yourself, "Should I?"

Are these the "Reasons" you haven't neutered your dog? breedingplaceholder

The Whelping Box

As you can see below, we breed very rarely -- averaging a litter every other year. Breeding is a science and an art. It's one of the most amazing things you can do -- and one of the biggest heartbreaks. You consider all the information you have, make the best decision you can, and then hope for the best.

Breeding is a lot of work and I am responsible for the life I cause to be brought into the world for the next (hopefully) 15 years. Therefore we only breed a litter when we feel that it is going to be very special. We work very hard to make the best matches we can when we decide to breed. Temperment is critical, health equally so.

We are very proud of every litter we have bred.

This year we have done something new! We are running a ( PUPPYCAM in the whelping box. Watch the Lily & Lugh puppies grow.

All breeding stock is tested for health problems and evaluated both physically and their temperment before breeding.

Puppies are born and raised in our home. We perform neurological stimulation on the puppies (read this to see why) . Puppies are exposed to as many different experiences as we can arrange to ensure their early socialization.

If you are interested in an IWS puppy from us please keep in mind that WE come with the puppy. I expect to be actively involved in each puppy I bred for life.
